• We have taken every measure to prevent internet hackers and ensure that data collection from you is stored as securely as possible. However, we cannot be responsible in the event of a breach in our secure computer servers.

Payment and Billing Terms:

• Payment should be made by cash or cheque with a supporting guarantee card or bank transfer.
• All Cheques should be made payable to Best Interior Design or as confirmed by Best Interior Design.
• All payments to Best Interior Design are due immediately upon presentation of the invoice, except where the invoice is sent via post, where payments shall be payable within 5 working days from the date of the invoice
• Interest at the rate of 4% per month shall be payable on all accounts not settled by their due date.
• The interest will be added monthly thereafter from the due date until the settlement is received.
• Should Best Interior Design have to instruct a debt recovery agency or instigate legal proceedings, the Client will be liable for any costs incurred.

Client Obligation:

• The Client shall ensure that the property is accessible to employees of Best Interior Design and any third-party suppliers providing services throughout the duration of the works.
• The client will ensure that utilities such as electricity and water are available for use at the property throughout works and at no cost to Best Interior Design.
