At Best Interior Design, we treat every project, every client, and every requirement individually. Every client, space, and requirement is different, so we tailor our approach and services to what each project truly needs.
Every project starts with a conversation.
When you contact us, we first understand what you want, what challenges you are facing, and what you expect from your interior. Since every project is different, we discuss your requirements and provide initial guidance based on your queries over the phone.
Once we understand your requirements, we schedule a site visit.
Our architect team visits the site, takes detailed measurements, and studies the space carefully. We also note where you need specific features, storage, furniture, or other solutions so that the design is based on your actual needs.
Using the site measurements and your requirements, we prepare the initial layout.
We share the layout with you and discuss any changes you would like to make. We then consider the practical advantages and limitations of those changes and revise the layout accordingly.
Once the layout is finalized, we prepare an estimated Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
The BOQ breaks down the project into different sections, showing what work will be done, where it will be done, which materials are proposed, and the estimated cost for each part of the project.
This gives you a clearer understanding of what your project will involve before execution begins.
For projects within Dhaka, consultation, site visit, layout planning, and BOQ preparation are provided free of charge.
Once you are comfortable with the BOQ, we move on to the 3D design stage.
The 3D visualization helps you see how your space is expected to look before execution begins—including furniture placement, materials, colours, lighting, and overall design direction.
Our designs are developed with input from architects and refined through discussion with you. We work together to reach a final design that balances professional recommendations with your preferences.
Once the project is confirmed, we provide the 3D design at no additional cost.
After the 3D design is finalized, we prepare an estimated project timeline and begin execution.
Our project engineer supervises the work on site, ensuring that the approved design is properly translated into the actual space and that the work progresses according to the planned requirements.
Once the project is complete, we thoroughly clean the space and prepare it for handover within the agreed timeline.
Our responsibility, however, does not end with the handover.
We continue to support our clients even after the project is completed. Our after-sales service is available for several years after handover, helping address service-related needs and ensuring continued support for your interior.
